Salary Structure for Indian Navy 10+2 B.Tech Cadets:
- Training Period Stipend:
During training, cadets receive a fixed stipend:- Approx. ₹56,100 per month (as per the 7th Pay Commission).
- Pay Scale After Commissioning:
Once commissioned as a Sub Lieutenant:- Pay Level: 10
- Basic Pay: ₹56,100 – ₹1,77,500
- MSP (Military Service Pay): ₹15,500 per month
- Additional allowances based on the post and area of service.
- Additional Allowances:
Officers may receive allowances such as:- Flying, Submarine, Diving Allowance: Varies between ₹25,000 and ₹56,000 per month (role-dependent).
- Field Area Allowance: ₹6,000 to ₹25,000 per month.
